Christensen Development is currently acting as owner’s representative for the City of Altoona in the redesign of the City Hall and Police Station. This $36 million project includes a 91,000-square-foot City Hall, Police Department along with a 50-yard, 12-lane firing range. Work on this project in September 2018 and is projected to be completed by December 2019.
