217 East 2nd is an example of a diamond in the rough. The most recent uses of the building included a nightclub and after hour venue. The team worked to reimagine the space to a modern office environment designed during the height of COVID 19. The result is an inviting office space with numerous break out areas for meetings, comfortable work spaces, coffee lounge, outdoor patio and plentiful natural light. The 24,000 square foot building has been converted into class A office space in Des Moines’s Historic East Village.
